At the request of the Bioeconomy and Productive Development Program of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) of Argentina, we inform you that the Conference of the International Consortium for Research in Applied Bioeconomy (ICABR) will be held for the first time in Latin America. On June 29 to July 3, 2020, the XXIV edition of the conference will be held in Cordoba, Argentina, whose motto is “Accelerate the growth of the bioeconomy through applied research and policy change”.
The Conference, which will be organized by the ICABR with the support of IICA and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Argentina, will include keynote talks, panels, side events and poster sessions on a large number of topics related to applied bioeconomics. One of the main ones will be biofuels and bioenergies.
The Bioeconomics Program seeks to promote the participation of institutions, companies, universities and research centers in Latin America and the Caribbean in all areas of the Conference, and therefore extends a cordial invitation to participate in the event and present its paper proposals. and posters related to its theme, which can be done through the links https://iica.int/es and https://economia.uniroma2.it/icabr/call-for-abstracts-2020/.
